### Certification & Approvals

We offer a documentation and certification facilitation service through our experienced and qualified team of assessors and certifiers to assist in obtaining the necessary approvals. The fee for this service will be discussed with you.

However, additional reports, assessments, and approvals outside of our usual documentation inclusions we offer, may be required depending on your specific site conditions, local council requirements, and overlays. These remain the responsibility of you where applicable.

To assist you in understanding the reports, assessments, approvals and associated estimated costs that may apply to your specific site, we offer a $1,000 Preliminary Site Assessment Service.
