The 35m² portable Expander has been designed to offer a spacious, stylish, and cost-effective open plan space, complete with a bathroom installed ready to use. The Expander also features a glass side with a glass door, allowing natural light to flood the interior, creating an airy and welcoming atmosphere.

- Glass Side: Creating a bright, airy environment, making the space feel larger and more inviting. The transparent design also allows for clear views of the surrounding area, connecting the interior with the outdoors.
- Steel Frame: The Expander boasts a sturdy steel frame, skilfully coated in a stylish black epoxy finish.
- Flooring: The flooring system combines 3mm anti-slip, wear-resistant soft PVC with a 20mm fireproof board sub-floor for a safe, durable and easy-to-maintain finish.
- Insulation: The Expander has smart roofing and walls with modern 50mm EPS panels to keep it cosy, with double glazed windows and doors.
