Description

This Multi Expander design features kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and office spaces - all tailored to meet our client’s specific requirements. The layout is completely customisable, with this example highlighting interior garden courtyards, self-contained living quarters, and a central building that serves as the main office hub.

Customisable - This 40ft + 40ft + 40ft Expandable Home is fully customisable, with this floor plan showing just one example of how the buildings can be connected using our unique linkway.
Pitched Roof - The pitched roof is manufactured from a galvanized steel plate with EPS insulation and features a 10-degree angle, enhancing the building’s aesthetics. The design ensures efficient drainage, with roof eaves extending 180mm beyond the walls to protect the exterior from rain, snow, and sunlight.
Link Module - This unique design consists of a 40ft + 40ft + 40ft Expandable Home joined with four linkway modules with central garden courtyards.
Interior Floor - The interior boasts 18mm sub-flooring with a 2mm PVC top layer, making it resistant to moisture, stains, scratches, and wear. The 2.4m floor-to-ceiling height complies with the National Construction Code within Australia.

Please Note:

Furniture, robes, patio, and decking are not supplied with the building.

This building must be elevated at least 500mm from the ground to allow access for plumbing underneath.

Hot, cold & waste including the laundry room must be fitted by customers own plumber as this is in the fold-out wing of the building.

Electrical Australian Standard electrical products are installed and/or supplied. The building is sold in accordance with the Electrical AS3000 standards and electrical items carry the RCM logo which meets the Australian electrical safety regulations. The customer's qualified electrician is to complete the hardwired electrical supply to the building, complete electrical fit off (if required) and test the installation according to AS3000.

Roof Due to the flat 2400mm floor-to-ceiling height, the pitched roof (supplied) must be installed on the Expander to help with water run off. Additionally, it contributes to the thermal insulation values of the Expander

Council Compliance Please note that the Expander Homes do not fall under the Class 1a building category that conforms with the regulations stipulated by the Building Code of Australia (BCA). If any of our Products are purchased together with our Trailers, they are considered as a Caravan (movable dwelling) and can be conveniently installed in numerous Councils without requiring approval from the council.
